Seafood Dumplings

Yummy, delicious and really mouth watering, this Chinese recipe has come into the way to add more flavour to your day, to give you an ultimate taste that you are not going to forget till long so try this very yummy recipe Seafood Dumplings.

Seafood Dumplings
All you need:

* 6 sea scallops, finely chopped

* 1 tbsp. Sherry, optional

* 1 tbsp. soy sauce

* 40 round won ton wrappers

* 3/4 lb. raw med. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped

* 1 tsp. gingerroot, finely grated, or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

* 1 tbsp. Sake, rice wine

* 3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped

How to make:

* In a medium bowl mix all seven ingredients.

* In the center of each wrapper put 1 tbsp. filling , fold all the edges upto the center.

* With cooking spray, spray a 9" bamboo steamer , keep the steamer is a large wok over simmering water.

* Then its time to arrange 10 dumplings, should not touch the sides of steamer.

* Cover it for 15 min.

* Repeat the process and get them all cooked.
